We spent a lot of time with Phil and Betty when our children were young especially. He was great with small people and they all loved him and he was always very accepting of them all whatever their temperaments. Phil was a loyal and good friend who would always go out of his way to help people and he was obviously loved by many. He loved parties and I am sure he would approve of today's send off.
